TibiaStat.com fansite item contest!
The time has come! Design an item for our fansite and become a part of its history!
Why?
All supported or promoted fansites can submit so called "fansite item" which later can be
rewarded to other players who win fansite contests. TibiaStat.com has existed for quite some time, but
still doesn't have one. It's time to change that. If you feel like helping us, take a part! You can win some nice things!
Rewards:
- The winning fansite item (once it makes it to the game, most likely after first bigger patch or update).
- Medal of honour, nightmare doll, stuffed toad, or teddy bear (choose one).
- Golden trophy of excellence.
- 30 days of premium time.
- Medal of honour, nightmare doll, stuffed toad, or teddy bear (choose one of the remaining items, after 1st winner chose his - this will be a choice then out of three items).
- Tome of winning person's choice.
- Silver trophy of excellence.
- 30 days of premium time.
- Medal of honour, nightmare doll, stuffed toad, or teddy bear (choose one of the remaining items, after 1st and 2nd winner chose theirs - this will be a choice out of two items).
- Bronze trophy of excellence.
- 30 days of premium time.
General rules of the contest:
- The contest ends on 9th February 2012. If you send your work on 10th February 2012 00:00 CET or later, it won't be accepted.
- The item must be related to TibiaStat.com.
- Plagiarism is NOT allowed. You have to be an author of the submitted item.
- The item should be made for this contest only. Items which appeared in other fansites' contests might be excluded without any further comment.
- There is no limit on items submitted by one person. This means, you can submit as many as you want.
- This is the disclaimer that needs to be signed by the winner.
I hereby confirm that the submitted artwork is my own creation and that it does not plagiarize someone else's work!
I know that all entries become the property of CipSoft. By participating, I agree that CipSoft has the right to edit and/or publish the item.
- Size: 32 x 32 pixel.
- It can be animated, but may contain 16 animation phases at the max.
- It needs to be on a monochrome background, that has a color that does not exist in the item itself, e.g. pink.
- It needs to be saved either as a .bmp or a .png file.
- It needs to fit into Tibia's setting.
- It should not contain any direct references to a country, e.g. a Brazilian flag.
- It's a deco or fun item only, it will not change any character skills or stats.
- It needs to be a takable item, for example it cannot be solid furniture, but a bedside lamp would be alright.
- It needs to have dark outlines.
- It shouldn't be too different from other Tibia items.
- CipSoft's content team reserves the right to revise the item.
- Name of the object.
- Description (e.g. it was rewarded by fansite TibiaStat.com).
- Weight.
- Should it glow in the dark, and if yes, in which color?.
- Should it do anything when you "use" it? One of the following options is possible:
- It can be written on once (e.g., a dedication text).
- It's rewritable.
- It makes sounds and/or has small effects (e.g., "hail fansite TibiaStat.com" + hearts).
If you wish to have a fansite item that can be hung on walls, you will need to give us three images (one version for the northern walls, one version for the southern walls, and one version for the item when it's not hung on a wall (32x32)). Having items that are hangable is quite difficult, because of the perspective of Tibia. The tapestry that you can find in Tibia already could help as a guide.

As a title of your e-mail, enter your Tibia character name and name of your item. Inside the e-mail include
information about submitted work.
If everything goes well, you will see your item here. Note that it may take
some time for me to update the list. In case something's wrong with your work, I'll inform you via e-mail.
